Step 1: CMS Pre or Initial Assessment Tool
Begin with the initial reflection and create a portfolio. This initial step sets the foundation for the I Love Pledge Programme.
Step 2: CMS Assessment Tool
After completing the I Love Pledge Programme, proceed to the final assessment to evaluate and enhance your career management skills.

How-to make a Copy of the Your Pledge (Forms):
- Find the language you want – English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, Turkish or Portuguese
- Click on the title of the form to open it.
- In the form editor, go to “File” in the menu bar.
- Select “Make a copy” from the dropdown menu.
- Rename the copied form if desired.
- Choose the location where you want to save the copied form in your Google Drive.
- Click “OK” to create the copy.
